If GR8 Sports Coaching cancels a session, the value of that session will either be refunded at the end of the block or deducted from your next booking.

Sessions missed due to your child's absence from nursery are unfortunately non-refundable, as staffing and planning are based on confirmed bookings.

Sessions cancelled due to extreme weather (such as a Met Office Red Weather Warning or conditions deemed unsafe to deliver the session) are non-refundable.

If a nursery cancels a session with less than 24 hours' notice, the session is non-refundable, as coaching staff and resources will already have been allocated.
